The hamburger menu was very basic but interesting because it was made up of several sub menus listing different products provided on the website. At the beginning of the code “script async” was used repetitively to improve the websites' performance and responsiveness and help the screens load faster. A few of the apps that were specified in the “script async =” attribute included Snapchat, Tiktok, Facebook, and Google Analytics. The footer was broken down into parts. There was a class called for footer, footer_top and footer_middle. A link was also made to access their Better Business Bureau rating. The website did not validate on the W3C markup validation service. There were a total of 254 errors found. The site still functions beautifully even with these errors.
User Interface - UI
The Cool Tools website has a visually appealing color palette of blues,greens and purples that are used to direct the eye to key places on the site . The layout for images is like an online art gallery for jewelry artists to showcase their work and inspire others. The navigation menu uses unique graphics that go from gray scale to color when hovered over. The logo for the website is also unique to the name brand.

The user experience on this site was enjoyable. The colors gave the site a fun creative flare. The website provides several learning tutorials on how to create jewelry and use the products sold on the site. Cool tools also provide jewelry artists with a way to promote their products by allowing them to add links to their websites. This site is a great resource for jewelry artists to learn, share and buy supplies for their projects .
